Playlist: Leo Shafton

Congrats to Leo for not shying away from the deep cut. In this 10 song set things may feel familiar but they are most definitely not straightforward nor common place. I even found a few gems that I wasn't aware of and they are on heavy rotation at my place as we speak. I do want to underscore Leo's enthusiasm for Elliott Smith. It's hard to even know what to make of him sometimes but I don't know many artists that are as capable at cutting to the emotional quick as Elliott. Please enjoy the songs on this list as each feel like a gateway drug to even more wonderful songs and genres.
